Discover and experience the "City of Gentle People". Feel the university atmosphere as you tour the Silliman University, its wide sprawling campus dotted with century-old acacias. Observe how locals weave piña cloth and craft earthenwares at the Hikaban Cooperative and Claytown Pottery. Following is a rolling tour of the well-landscaped Freedom Park, the new Aqua Sports Center, the bustling Public Market, and the historical Cathedral Bell Tower. A delectable lunch is prepared for you at Lab-as Seafoods, a popular restaurant by the sea that offers live fresh crabs, oysters, and other native specialties.
In the afternoon, you will be whisked off to the adjacent town of Bacong where the Negros Oriental Arts and Heritage (a stonecraft factory and showroom), and the century-old Bacong Church are found. Going southwest and upland, a drive through the tree-lined highway brings you to Forest Camp in Valencia--a cool and lush camp with natural and man-made springs and pools, and a hanging bridge, set amidst a forest setting. From there you will pass through the Kataal Museum and the Ecological Park and Dumpsite. Last stop will be the downtown strip for some souvenir shopping, and Rizal Boulevard, a promenade park popular among locals and tourists. |

Ang Budbud sa Tanjay
The only budbud I know is the first budbud I ever saw ,the budbud of Tanjay . They always come in pairs in a full embrace . that each time I attempt at parting it into two I am always tempted not to share it with another for fear that each will never find each other again.
