For the non-divers, we will take you on a SNORKELLING TRIP you won’t forget! From Dumaguete, it’s a 30-minute drive south to Malatapay--the take off point, where a pumpboat will whisk you off to APO Island for another half-hour. Walk through the island's quaint village on your way to the marine sanctuary, a 15,000 square meter reserve teeming with colorful corals and aquatic life. Here you get the chance to snorkel to your heart’s content. Lunch is at the rustic Apo Island Beach Resort. And if you're still up for it, we challenge you to a 30-minute trek to the lighthouse, where you'll be rewarded with a panoramic view of the island. Spend the rest of the day swimming, beachcombing or just lazing at the white pebble beach before heading back to the mainland by mid-afternoon. |

Be ready to get wet and bring a lot of sunblock as the boat may or may not be covered depending on the number of divers onboard and the wind conditions.
